Back at Blue Marlin

Back at Blue Marlin

On the last Saturday of February we were back in one of our favourite places in Dubai as Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE invited us to take part in their Collections Fashion Brunch. We absolutely love this fashion show event, taking part already for the third time!

Blue Marlin fashion show catwalk looks by Dunesi

The looks on the catwalk (from left): Gili maxi skirt, Crete one-shoulder dress, Beach kaftan with pompoms, Gili 2-piece, kimono with sleeves in the sunset print.

True Blue Marlin style, the vibe was once again so chilled and relaxed with the beach, fashion and music loving crowd enjoying a yummy tapas style brunch and Dubai's winter sunshine (apart from the few drops of rain during our catwalk!).

We spotted some familiar faces from Dubai's fashion circles with Harper's Bazaar Arabia and Emirates Woman magazines being represented in "front row" together with other fashionistas and influencers.

Carmen Gill, Editor of Emirates Woman and Samantha Francis Baker of @styleisnecessity were among the Collections brunch audience.

The brands showcasing their collections in addition to Dunesi were a funky accessories (unique clutch bags, earrings and more) brand Borro, as well as BeachCity, The Edit and Candypants.

Borro's colourful, handmade clutch bag matches perfectly our animal print kimono - one of the looks in Borro's show.

During our catwalk we showcased a selection of our current collection including a new print of the Gili maxi skirt that was launched on the day.

A huge THANK YOU to Blue Marlin, the beautiful models from Wilhelmina, our amazing MC Lauren, the DJs on the day, Michka and Sam Starks (special thanks for the Bohemian Rhapsody show!) and of course to everybody who came to watch, shop and support us once again!!! Xxx
