Photoshoot with Ivette Vergara in the Chilean Patagonia.
We had the pleasure of ending the year on a real high with a photoshoot starring the beautiful Chilean TV presenter, journalist and model Ivette Vergara and her daughter Maite.
We were shooting of some our new dress styles and chose Remota Patagonia Lodge hotel (www.remota.cl) in Puerto Natales, Southern Chile as the location. Remota is located by the sea just outside the town, with views of the famous national park of Torres del Paine. The hotel has an amazing rustic yet modern style and lots of beautiful relaxation areas that made for a perfect back drop for our photos. Fitting with Dunesi's principles, the hotel is also recognized worldwide for its ecological building that fits in with the surrounding nature.
Ivette and her 16-year old beautiful daughter Maite who both live in the capital Santiago were in Patagonia on a short break spending New Year's with family and friends. Both were absolutely wonderful to work with and they were very down to earth with Ivette fixing Maite's make-up at some point and the pair laughing together for some of the more awkward poses. We chatted about healthy baking and volleyball - hobbies and passions that the mother and daughter share - in between shots and shared our new year's resolutions. In the end we all even ventured out to the harsh Patagonian wind after Ivette suggested for us to take some shots of Maite in the garden of the hotel.
We had a very nice afternoon in Remota and would like to thank the staff at the hotel for looking after us extremely well. And a huge thank you, muchas gracias, to Ivette and Maite for taking time off their holiday to work with us. The photos and new styles of dresses will be online very soon.
