Refunds, Cancellations, User Info Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer either an exchange or refund with the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you would like to make a return for a full refund, you will need to send us an email (hello@dunesi.com) to let us know what it is you would like to return and we will arrange a FREE pick up for you.

  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply for cost of item returned to Dunesi.
  • Dunesi is not liable for any fees incurred with international shipping.
  • Made-to-order, Custom-size, or “Customize My Order” items are not eligible for return. 

Please note that once Dunesi ships internationally; customs duties, taxes, and charges vary by country.

Deletion of User Info

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team if they wish to request the deletion of their accounts (profiles) from our website. After verifying the identity, our team may proceed to permanently delete the account.

Important: The deletion process cannot be undone once completed. No data can be retrieved upon deletion.
