I'm in love with something that is out of stock. What can I do?

As our denim pieces are all unique and our linen shirts come in limited edition we won't restock the same items. Please follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter on the website to never miss a new collection.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you can't wait to get your hands on your unique Dunesi piece, so all orders are shipped on the next business day from receiving the order.

 

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

We want you to love and treasure your denim pieces and therefore offer easy exchanges and returns. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on hello@dunesi.com or by Whatsapp +971 50 1525889.

How sustainable are your products? 

All our denim pieces are upcycled / re-worked from preloved or unwanted jeans and denim jackets, giving existing material a second life and reducing waste. The linen we use for the shirts is organic and our packaging materials are 100% recycled.

In addition to sustainability we also focus on ethical production and proudly support local charities when sourcing pre-loved denim.
