Lucky New Year's Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility:
• The "Lucky New Year's Giveaway" is open to all customers who place an order on Dunesi website between December 20, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
• To be eligible, orders must not include any discounts aside from Free Shipping.
• The purchases of gift cards will not be included in the promotion. For example: If an order includes 3 items plus 1 gift card and is chosen as a winner, the refund will not include the amount for the value of the gift card or the gift card purchase.
• If a winner is chosen whose order was placed using a Dunesi gift card as payment, a new gift card will be issued for the purchase amount.
• Prize:
• One (1) lucky winner will be randomly selected from all eligible orders.
• The prize consists of the entire order amount (excluding shipping charges) being refunded to the winner via the original payment method, making their order FREE. If a gift card was used for the purchase, a new gift card for the order amount will be issued.
• The winner will be announced on New Year's Day, January 1, 2024.

• Entry:
• Customers are automatically entered into the giveaway with each order they place during the promotional period.
• Multiple orders will result in multiple entries, increasing the chances of winning.
• Entrants must also be subscribed to receive Dunesi emails. Sign up is available when placing orders, and can also be subscribed to on the Dunesi website home page. Alternatively, customers can email hanne@dunesi.com if they would like to be entered for the giveaway after placing an order, without signing up for the newsletter.

• Winner Notification:
• The winner will be notified via email and on Dunesi's Instagram (@DunesiCollection) on New Year's Day, January 1, 2024.
• The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on our website and social media platforms for promotional purposes.

• Prize Redemption:
• The winner will receive a refund for the total order amount (excluding shipping charges) to the original payment method used during the order.
• Prize redemption instructions will be provided in the winner notification email.

• Free Shipping:
• During the promotion, Free Shipping will be automatically applied to all orders, regardless of order value.

• General Conditions:
• This giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Dunesi, which are final and binding.
• Dunesi reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification.
