All orders received are processed the following day (with the exception of custom orders that usually take about 7 days), Please note that delays may occur during high volume periods, holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, for which we will strive to notify you.

2. Shipping & deliveries:

We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping worldwide. Dubai orders are delivered on the same day (for orders placed before 4 pm). International orders are shipped the next day after receiving the order.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before the final payment is made.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. 

5. Tracking Your Order:

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Dunesi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
